Physicians’ Hotline is a physician driven program making samples and information material available to physicians on a demand basis,
24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
Physicians simply fax, visit the website, call the Physicians’ Hotline 1-800-363-6871 number, or mail their order to receive the
samples and information when they need them.
The Physicians’ Hotline circulation and database are audited by the Canadian Circulation Audit Bureau. Physicians are updated on product and information availability via 4 annual publications, quarterly service calls via Physicians’ Hotline CSRs, ongoing personalized program updates which are revised, printed and inserted with each physician’s order, as well as web support. Physicians Hotline currently has 95% awareness among Canadian physicians (IMS) and provides a live ordering system to physicians across Canada with daily fulfillment via signature verified delivery.
Physician’s Hotline maintains inventory for all products and information items in its temperature controlled Health Canada and RCMP (secure premises) approved facilities including inventory management of lots and expiry date controls, and adheres to GMP standard operating procedures.
