MedCALL is a bilingual, inbound and outbound, contact centre serving the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industry. MedCALL facilitates sales and information oriented communications with healthcare practitioners including but not limited to physicians, pharmacists, dentists, and nurses, as well as healthcare organizations & providers, and patients.
